Art Rodriguez Associates specializes in the procurement and sale of On and Off-Sale Liquor Licenses throughout the State of California.  Our company works closely with the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and assists clients with all aspects of their license transfer.   We also specialize in services related to original (new) ABC license applications, corporate and stock transfers.

In addition to license sales and transfers, Art Rodriguez Associates provides business consulting services related to ABC compliance matters, protest negotiation and hearing representation at the city and state levels. 

Art Rodriguez Associates also specializes in alcohol-related Conditional Use Permits, Special Use Permits and Plan Approvals with all city and county offices in California.
